Early Career performance in movie industry
Multilayer networks indicate the likelihood of winning at early stage does not only related to performers' him/herself, but also impact from collaborators. Several statistical models address existence of impact from different roles of collaborators on the individual, as well as some career-related measures. Performers would need to cultivate their societal connections in addition to personal ability for the first success.

Career persistency by early career performance
With significant factors affecting the likelihood of winning, further look at the impact of early stage's award on future performance. Apply several regression and matching approaches to inllustrate this mechanism. For common measures of productvity and impact in the long term, the result yields "Well begun is half done" for performers.
